What we did: Introduced a popular Puerto Rican restaurant chain to the U.S. market. 

How we did it:

  • Media Relations: Set-up interviews with the restaurant founder and key journalists at both Spanish-language media and mainstream media in the Orlando market. Pitched restaurant trades to gain industry exposure. 
  • Advertising: Managed targeted social ads across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. 
  • Social Media: Developed daily postings, followed influencers and bloggers in the market and kept fans engaged through contests and featured fan photos. 

Results: 

Garnered 1.4 million media impressions through PR efforts and built a fanbase of 15K + loyal fans and growing.
