If there’s one word we’ve heard over and over this pandemic, it’s the ability to pivot. Louisville-based skincare company Moss Hill pivoted from soaps and lotions to hand sanitizer and hired Go Social to get the word out. We used PR to get them coverage in local media outlets like WDRBBusiness FirstBestLife, and Louisville Magazine, and positioned them as experts to national media, all while linking back to their site for sales. We also tapped social influencers to help spread the word and link directly to Moss Hill’s website.
